George Schramm
CPA, CVA®

George is the principle and sole shareholder of Schramm & Company, P.C.  He graduated in 1978 from Youngstown State University with a degree in Accounting.   After a successful career working as the controller for an Ohio company his passion for fishing drew him to southwest Montana in 1982.  He has been assisting individuals and small businesses with all aspects of tax and business services in the area ever since.

George is a member of the American Institute of CPA's and Montana Society of CPA's.  Most of his time is spent in the tax and business advisory areas where he works with individuals and businesses of all sizes.  Working one of one with clients to develop strategies to save taxes, protect assets, and estate planning purposes.  

Since 1996 George has been a CVA®.  This certification allows him to help clients determine the value of their business for litigation, sale, estate and business planning.  Please see our services section for more information.

Jason Schramm
Accountant/Financial Advisor

Jason graduated with a degree in Finance from Montana State University and joined Schramm & Company in 2001.  Since joining our firm Jason has helped streamline our business processes in order to offer the best customer service we can.  He is constantly looking for ways to add value to our clients and ensure client satisfaction.  He also has vast experience preparing individual, corporate, and partnership tax returns.  Jason has received all FINRA® licenses to offer Wealth Advisory services to clients.  Please visit his website for more information.

Bill Lewis
CPA, Tax Manager

Bill joined us in December of 2000 after working as the Tax Director for a local manufacturing corporation. Bill graduated with a B.S. in Business Administration from George Mason University, where he also received his M.S. in Taxation.  Bill has extensive experience in the public sector with an emphasis on tax planning and compliance for individuals, small and large corporations, as well as fiduciary accounting for trusts and estates.   Bill is an avid outdoor enthusiast and enjoys his many hobbies his wife Willa.

Randi Buhl
Certified Public Accountant

Randi graduated from Pacific University in 2005 with a degree in accounting and finance.  She began practicing in 2005 with a Big Four accounting firm in Orance County, CA specializing in taxation and business consulting.  Randi extended her career in taxation with an international accounting firm located in Spokane, WA from 2007-2010.  She then joined Schramm & Company in March, 2010.  Randi has extensive teaching experience with professional organizations and Washington state universities in the subjects of taxation and accounting. 

Randi is a native of Three Forks, MT where she lives with her husband Jake and daughter Peyton.  She loves spending time with their extended family outdoors, and Randi and Jake are avid golf enthusiasts.
