Our Staff     George Schramm Certified Public Accountant, Certified Valuation Analyst George is the principle and sole shareholder of Schramm & Company, P.C. His expertise and vast experience in his field of work have made George one of the most respected business men in the Bozeman area. In 1978, George graduated from Youngstown State University with a degree in Accounting and after a successful career working as a controller for an Ohio company he moved to southwest Montana, where he has been assisting individuals and small businesses with all aspects of tax and business services for 25 years. As well as being a highly-regarded CPA, George has been a Certified Valuation Analyst since 1996, which allows him to help his clients determine the value of their business for litigation, sale, estate and business planning.   Jason Schramm Financial Advisor Jason graduated with a degree in Finance from Montana State University.  Jason has received all required N.A.S.D. licenses to help clients meet their financial goals.  He specializes in setting up retirement plans for small businesses, as well as individuals.  Jason is a Bozeman native, enjoying all the activities the area has to offer and plans to raise his own family here with his lovely wife, Kellie.   Bill Lewis Certified Public Accountant, Tax Manager Bill joined us in December of 2000 after working as the Tax Director for a local manufacturing corporation. Bill graduated with a B.S. in Business Administration from George Mason University, where he also received his M.S. in Taxation. Bill has many years of experience in the public sector and a very broad knowledge base with an emphasis on tax planning and compliance for individuals, small and large corporations, as well as fiduciary accounting for trusts and estates.   Michelle Farr Certified Public Accountant Michelle graduated from Montana Tech of the University of Montana in Butte, MT with a BS in Computer Science/Business Information Systems.  After graduating, she relocated to Phoenix, Arizona where she worked for the Arizona Diamondbacks as a Staff Accountant and then as an Accounting Manager.  Michelle successfully passed the CPA exam in 2002 and is licensed in the states of Arizona and Wyoming.  Michelle and her familiy moved back to Montana in 2004 and she began working for Schramm & Company in January of 2005.  Michelle was born and raised in northeastern Montana and she and her husband Tom have two children.           Laura Oliver Accountant  Prior to joining Schramm & Company, Laura received an Associates Degree from Darton College and held a similar position with Winfree, Ruff & Associates of Columbus, Ohio.  Laura also has great insight into the challenges of business management and ownership; she has extensive experience as a business owner as she co-founded, managed and sold two of her own businesses in Ohio.  Laura also handles monthly data processing, bank reconciliations, QuickBooks consulting, as well as payroll processing for our clients.
